As a freshman, I wouldn't recommend Stouffer. There's only two buses that run through Stouffer which either take you way off-campus or not to main bus stops around campus. If you cut across the largest parking lot, it'll be about a 15-20 minute walk to the ISB or Burge Union. From there you can take a bus to the main stops on campus (Yellow 41).Apartment residents.
